Key CPA, LLC is a boutique accounting firm founded by Tim Keesee, a Licensed Certified Public Accountant, former university professor and US Army Veteran, with nearly 20 years of experience working as a leader in the Big Four Public Accounting, Real Estate and Private Equity Industries.

Tim holds an active CPA license and has Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). He has held leadership roles in Big Four Accounting, real estate and private Equity firms and was also a College professor at UIC. Additionally, Tim is a US Army Veteran, serving as a paratrooper and infantryman with the 82nd Airborne Division and in South Korea.
